How do I create a new account?
Register your account by filling in your brief personal details on GATES by SEAQIL. Then, log in and complete your profile.
I don't have a GATES by SEAQIL account yet, what should I do?
Visit https://gates.qiteplanguage.org/register and complete the registration process.
I forgot my GATES by SEAQIL email or password, what should I do?
Please contact your training activity committee for password recovery assistance.
Can one email be used for more than one account?
No. Each email can only be used for one active account.

How do I enrol in a course?
Open the course page, then click Details on the desired course. You will be directed to the course on GATES by SEAQIL. Then, click Join Course.
After clicking Join Course, am I automatically enrolled in the course?
For Self-paced courses, you are automatically enrolled as a participant.
For Instructor-led courses, there will be a selection process by the committee; selected participants will receive confirmation of enrolment from the relevant committee.

- Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page; or
- Switch browsers (Chrome/Firefox latest version recommended). If the problem persists, there may be a server disruption.
I've completed the quiz but no grade appears, is this normal?
Some types of quizzes/assignments require manual grading by the facilitator, so the grade doesn't appear immediately. Wait for confirmation from the instructor or committee.
Can I retake a quiz if my score isn't satisfactory?
Depends on the course settings. Check the number of attempts allowed on the quiz page, or ask the facilitator.

How do I get a course completion certificate?
Certificates can be accessed through GATES by SEAQIL once the activity has ended. Participants who have met the course completion requirements can check certificate availability in the certificate menu of the course they attended on GATES by SEAQIL.
My course progress isn't increasing even though I've completed the materials.
Progress sometimes takes time for the system to update. If it's still 0% after a while, report it to the admin, including the course name.

How do I change my profile photo or personal details?
Go to the Profile menu > Edit profile, then update the desired details and save.
How do I change my password?
Open Profile > Preferences > Change password.
